Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Fixx Tuning strives to provide
accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may
occur. Fixx Tuning cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, Fixx Tuning shall
have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed
for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Fixx Tuning may, at our
discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify
you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without
notice.
** RETURNS **
We accept no returns after 30 days and without written
authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders
may require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. NO returns on electrical or
special order. Shipping fee's are non-refundable.

Your copy of receipt must be included inside the package for proper return
processing. Failure to follow the procedure above may result in a loss of
